Better than I expected

Just got it today before we left for a trip, but first impressions, green is way better for me to see with my astigmatism and I wear corrective glasses for nearsightedness with bifocals for reading! The circle around the dot is very clear to me! This should make for fast and easy target acquisition! The red dot I have gets blurry when I turn it 3-4 clicks.
I put it back in the box for now. Can’t wait to shoot with it next week when we get home. I will update then. For now, I can recommend but it needs to be field tested then I’ll bump it up a star if it deserves it.

This is a very nice little dot scope, light and as stated, seems to be smaller that the ad pics lead you to believe. I placed it on a 9mm AR and am quite happy. The green reticle is fantastic compared to red, (I cannot use them at all due to eye surgery, it’s just one big red moving blob) No issue focusing on the green at all. The sight picture is crisp and is more than bright enough, I have not used it at night however so I cannot speak to that. I’m going to buy another to mount on a Ruger Charger 22lr.

Well made easy to install and use , no issues holds zero

Almost sent this back when I opened the box. Did not realize until I installed the battery, that the led was what was protruding into the barrel of the sight. Thought it was a defect, still could be… Zeroed with bore sight only so far. Dot is crisp with a slight lower left ring triple image stack. Think it is more due to my astigmatism than the sight, but the dot is a single dot and very clear. Sitting pretty on top of my PSA 10.5″ 300 blackout pistol. Update if it doesn’t hold zero or has issues.
**Update** 5/9/21 upgraded to 5 stars from 4
Holding zero like a champ. Only have 60 rounds through it, as I need the one arm and leg I have left! (No disrespect intended towards anyone disabled) It has held zero nicely. Simulated mortaring a few rounds to test shocking it, I wasn’t gentle… Still dead on.
If anyone isn’t clear on mortaring, you collapse the stock (in my case the brace), grip the charging handle and drive buttplate onto ground/bench to clear a stuck casing from chamber. Mine was done on picnic table at home range.

I wanted this red dot to be GREAT, reality was lacking! I watched some reviews on YouTube before buying. Even though they all mentioned that the windage /elevation adjustments were not that great , they were completely under stating the reality. They are NON EXISTENT! You can’t hear, but WORSE, can’t feel a click at all! What is so disappointing is that this could be a phenomenal red dot, the glass is great and the durability is definitely there when you watch torture tests. But I have to be honest folks, for just about the same money this thing doesn’t even touch a Sig Sauer Romeo series or, a Holosun product due to the HORRIBLE windage/elevation adjustments, or the fact it’s 1moa per click instead of 1/2moa per click like most ALL competitors. I purchased 2 Romeo fives off Amazon for a $119, It is only a red. and not the green 65MOA circle like the Swamp Fox but I found a Romeo XDR on sale for $149. If you want a PHENOMENAL budget red dot, the VOTATU going for $62 on sale right now on Amazon is a better choice in my opinion, it is red dot only but kicks butt and is on my 12gauge slug gun. Ran it on 3 AR platforms too. Swampfox, I hope you read this and make the changes. When I buy something, it HAS to have the functionality of competitors or price is inmaterial!
