- -EFFICIENT CLEAR 6 MOA DOT WITH AUTOMATIC INTENSITY ADJUSTMENT – Point source LED creates a clean beam that produces a strong dot without wasting energy. Dot intensity automatically adjusts to environment and consumes less energy when in a holstered or stored state.
- -MIL-STD-810 IMPACT & VIBRATION RATED – Rugged, 7075-T6 aircraft grade, billet aluminum housing ensures the glass and electronic internals are protected against firearm recoil and rough field use.
- -LONG LASTING BATTERY LIFE – With over 50,000 hours from its common CR2032 battery, on the mid level (indoor ambient conditions), you won’t need to change the battery any time soon.
- -MOUNTS ON COMPACT SEMI-AUTO PISTOLS – Works across popular compact optics-ready pistols with the SHIELD RMSc mounting footprint and pattern. Aftermarket rail mount adapters available for use on other platforms.
- -IPX7 INGRESS RATING WITH EXO BARRIER – IPX7 rated sealing allows the optic to be submerged without damage up to 1 meter for 30 minutes. EXO BARRIER hydrophobic coating minimizes fogging, repels water, dust and debris.

Mounted this on my Hellcat Micro and it works perfect. I like the auto brightness feature and the size of the dot is perfect. No glare or starburst effects, just a nice crisp dot. The adjustments are micro so getting this dialed in is a breeze. Overall a high value items from a trusted brand.

My Hellcat came with the Springfield Wasp red dot, which is fine, but my eyes are getting a bit tired and thought I’d give Bushnell’s 6MOA red dot a try. For self defense purposes, this red dot is so much easier for me and helped get on target almost instantly. The target distances that I practice at are just fine with this sized dot, so if you have those concerns.. .don’t. It’s not for long distance targeting for sure, but for 25 yards or less, it’s just perfect.

Fits my Hellcat pro perfectly. Super easy installation

I love how small it is. Looks great on my Trr8. The dot is clearly visible. I Have not had it long enough to say if it will hold up after a few 1000 rounds

This thing is ultra slim and really crisp and clear

I am pretty blown away by the combination of the tiny size and big performance. Fits the slide of a S.A.Hellcat perfectly. The RXU-200 is tiny but that is what makes it so good for a legal carry optic. So far it seems very durable withstanding the recoil of several boxes of self defense ammo during my practice. Zero is held without shifting. Auto brightness works perfectly as is adjusts quickly. Battery is supposed to last 5 years but only time will tell if that is the case. I highly recommend it, if for no other reasons than the solid warranty and strong performance.

**UPDATE_UPDATE** Same day the package arrived at their facility they assessed it and determined it has a cracked lens. No word about it getting loose on the slide or the wear on the post holes. Also no idea how the lens would’ve cracked because this was only taken to the range 2 times and used only as intended. Kudos for the quick assessment, though, and they’ve said a new one is ordered. Upgrading to two stars for the service experience. Nervous about the optic itself still.
**UPDATE** Bushnell did get back to me over email after about 6 days, on a Saturday even when they say they’re not open. The email itself just said ship it to us. Here’s the address. No information about what they’ll do or anything else and pay my own shipping. It did warn me to keep the tracking number so I could be sure they got it. We’ll see how it goes from here.
Was a perfect fit on my Hellcat. Looked great. Low profile. Fit onto the shield pattern slide mounts excellently. No light light visible between optic and slide. Torqued down after applying blue Loctite. No movement. Cowitnessed well with the sights on the slide, so I did a rough zero.
First time out it worked loose, obviously zero shifted and light was visible under the slide. Had my tools as I expected to tweak things, so I re-torqued and re-zeroed. Seemed okay for a couple more magazines, but was loose again soon.
Took it off at home and saw the post holes were showing wear in front, but tried one more time to secure the screws, now with red Loctite, and torqued it securely on the slide. No wobble, seemed okay, but I called Bushnell support to see if this was a known issue or I should send it back. They promised to send an email to discuss and possibly do an RMA. Never got an email.
Took it back to the range a few weeks later and it developed a wiggle, then the LED failed or misaligned. I can see it’s on if I look right at it, but no dot is visible on the glass.
Been trying for a week now to get through to Bushnell support. Use their contact form and it sends an email telling you if you want help use their contact form and links to the contact form I used. Did it one more time to confirm. Called several times. The recorded message says they’re too busy so they’re not taking calls unless you’re already in the queue?!
At this point, looks like I’m just SOL with a piece of trash.

This red dot worked great for about six months. It’s always on so you don’t really have to mess with anything except sighting it in. I’ve carried my hellcat Pro with me everywhere for the last six months with it on and no problems.
Silly me decided to actually go out and shoot my pistol using the red dot. It worked awesome for about 50 rounds or so and then literally from one round to the next the red dot disappeared. I’ve tried changing batteries. I’ve tried playing with cleaning it, etc. when I’m in the dark in my house, I noticed that the red dot still works but is about 95% more dim so you really can’t see it unless you’re hiding in a closet lol
We’ll see if the “ironclad lifetime warranty” is legit. It’s been a week already and I’ve left messages on their warranty page, emailed support twice, messaged their reps on social media, and called the support line (always too high call volume and get hung up on). So far no help..

Solid construction, but slightly heavier than I expected.
