- Flip to Side Mount- Quickly flip the magnifier to the side by pressing the side button, and the included spacer increases the height to 40mm for use with a variety of scopes.
- 5x magnification-5x fixed magnification effect through, can be focused through the knob of the eyepiece, can adapt to different distances and environments to focus, 2.4-inch eye relief can present a better visual effect.
- Clear Imaging – objective lens using a combination of multi-layer lenses, imaging effect is more clear, high transmittance, to ensure that the magnification of the target at the same time to provide more realistic results
- Angle Adjustment – Windage/elevation angle adjustment can better reduce the deviation to get the best center of view, help you better calibrate and better observe the target.
- Precision Test – In the 800G gravity acceleration after more than 400 times of impact test, simulated the continuous shooting scene, after the test magnifier can still intact use, the use of more reliable!

Well, this 5X magnifier actually turned out to be great and at the current price of around $90 only it’s hard to beat! This magnifier offers excellent value for the money. It’s well-made, feels solid, elevation and windage turrets have a crisp click when adjusting. I bought the magnifier to match my recently obtained Feyachi V30 red dot sight. It’s very similarly built, turrets are the same, and turret caps are the same as well. By the way, for windage and elevation adjustments you will need a small screwdriver or a coin, they are too small for your fingers. Turrets are protected from impact by both screw caps and its body profile. By the way, you can use the caps as tiny screwdrivers if you turn them upside down! There are no “leashes” (or wires) that attach the turret caps to the magnifier’s body, so when they are removed for adjustment, it’s extremely easy to drop or misplace these caps. Interestingly, it’s fairly heavy, weighing 380 grams and feels heavy-duty and robust. Size-wise, it’s a standard full-size magnifier and is best fitted for extended top rail setups where you have enough space to spare. I’d actually prefer it if it were a bit shorter. While the magnifier perfectly matches my Feyachi red dot sight having similar style, fit and finish, it will work just fine with any other brand’s red dot as well. The optics in this magnifier are absolutely fantastic, it’s crystal clear with a very large FOV, can’t complain, it’s on par with Vortex optics’ quality IMHO.
Out of the box, its flip mount is not attached to the magnifier itself, and you have a choice to set it up to flip to the left or to the right side. My preference is the right side in my gun setup, but whichever side you set it up initially, you can change that if you like any time. The flip mount is attached with two Torx screws, and you can even adjust the height of the magnifier with the included spacer that allows you to raise the magnifier by an additional 3mm from 37 to 40. The only two things that I don’t like about the mount is that it does not have recoil stops and that it’s not QD – you have to tighten a thumb screw.
Other thoughts. I also tried this magnifier with Vortex red dot and with Sig Sauer red dot sights, and it matches the sights perfectly as well, so you can pick and choose from any other brand to use with this magnifier. Style might be different though, so I usually prefer to pair red dots with a magnifier of the same brand for a perfect match. Oh, by the way it looks perfect with Monstrum Ghost red dot as well, practically the same fit, finish and style.
Bottom line:
Yes, I would definitely recommend it to my friends at a shooting range. For anyone looking to use a 5X magnifier to upgrade their AR – put this on your radar. It is very well designed and very well made. It’s budget friendly and for the quality of its construction, I’d say it’s worth every penny. This magnifier is by far one of the best I’ve seen in this price range. I’d give it 5 stars no problem, but it has a few drawbacks like too large size, no recoil stops and non-QD mount. So, it’s 4 stars in my book.
Pros:
1. Very solidly built.
2. Crystal clear optics.
3. Very large FOV.
4. Water and fog proof.
5. Nitrogen purged and O-ring sealed.
6. Turrets are covered with caps.
7. Flip mount can be setup to the left or right.
8. Height can be setup at 37mm or 40mm.
Cons:
1. A bit long, wouldn’t fit short top rails.
2. Turret caps are not attached to its body.
3. Not a quick-detach type of rail mount.
4. Picatinny mount base has no recoil stops.

When you buy a magnifier for a red dot, you’d better be absolutely positive that the magnifier will line-up with the red dot. I bought 2 different magnifiers to line-up with my Sig Sauer Romeo Red Dot. The first magnifier sat too high, but this Feyachi M38 5X was very close to lining up. I was happy to see this, until I went to the range. Turns out that looking through the Feyachi limited my view by half compared to the Sig Sauer. The interesting thing was that the red dot appeared at the bottom of the magnifier, but my shots were dead-on. The problem was that it took me close to a minute to locate the target every time I shot due to the red dot being at the very bottom of the sight. I tried again and again to get used to this in an attempt to locate the target faster, but nothing worked. I told Amazon that they would be wise to only sell complete units, that is, the red dot scope AND the magnifier made by the same company. That way you’d be sure that they worked together. This mix & match business is probably going to cost Amazon a lot of returns. Another possibility of solving this issue would be for every company that makes magnifiers to list all the red dots that are compatible with it. This way you’d be assured that the magnifier would work with your red dot.

Lets get the important part out of the way: Feyachi makes great stuff at reasonable prices. I’ve tested, and mostly still use, a number of their optics now and they are universally good quality, very solidly built, and good quality glass and coatings. I have never had an issue with any of their equipment and some of it I’ve used quite hard. My simple recommendation: If you’re looking for value optics, Feyachi is a great place to start.
For this specific optic, I have a3x on my SBR and thought I’d try a 5x. I won’t be using it there but it has little to do with the optic itself. It is only because my primary SBR use case doesn’t need that much magnification. But for anyone who does want optional 5x mag, this works a treat. The optic is solidly build, glass is clean, clear, and images are crisp. Coatings controlled glare quite well in bright sun. The mount is similarly solid and the action is firm. Nothing flipping, flopping, or drooping here. Click it into place — boom, you’ve got 5x! Click is away — boom, you’re back to 1:1. And it stays in either position through carrying, bumping, slinging or, oh yea! Shooting! Rock solid — sight picture is not shaky or jumping around as you fire off rounds.
The optic comes with a highly variable diopter adjustment (I’d guess the latitude is about 3). The adjustment is a bit finer than I like, but this is likely a ‘set once and forget it’ thing so no big deal. Once dialed in, the images are large, clear, and quite bright. As noted, I won’t be keeping it on my SBR, but the optic is small enough, and quality enough, I will be keeping it in my bag as a mini spotting scope.
Other aspects: eye relief is about 2.5″, it comes with a riser, and they have even added elevation and windage adjustments. This isn’t something I’ve found a need for with other flip-up magnifiers, but if you’re not getting proper registration with your setup, you now have an adjustable option. This elevation & windage is to center your EXISTING red dot in this magnifier — of course, this adjustment will not affect your actual red dot point of aim one bit. Short version: Recommended.

First time using a magnifier and it set up perfect and was shooting a 223 at golf balls at 60 yards! 5X performance was as advertised. You dont have to spend hundreds to get the technology. It was packaged professionally and had a quality appearance
